Congratulations! Your Blog has been unactive for 1 whole year!

I have an excuse don't I? Following the last blog entry, I was in the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy and then I had my precious Haylee. Love her to death, but this getting used to 2 kids thing has taken me ALOT longer than I anticipated. I can still hear my dear friend Mary Flory's voice in my head, "the transition from 1 to 2 kids is harder than 2 to 3"! Yea, I heard her, but I didn't get it. You never do until your walking in those shoes, right?! And for those of you who may not have kids, it's not that Haylee is a hard baby...actually quite the contrary. She has been quite the easy baby, it's just double the work for meals, baths, dressing, bundling up for winter and getting in car seats! ----sidenote----Bundling up and carseats is a hot topic for me right now. I HATE IT! That is mostly why we have been hibernating this winter, I'd rather be creative and run to the store at night when daddy is home than bundle us all up get in the car, and wash rinse repeat for each errand. UUGGH!
Back to my blog hiatus excuses....then, when Haylee was about 5 months I started my Scentsy business. Wonderful opportunity yet time consuming when it took off so successfully! And that took us straight up until the last days in December. So January has come and I realize when reading my friends blogs that blogging truly is a wonderful way to journal our days. Capture the little things that happen that may not make it to the baby book, but are saved forever in cyberspace somewhere. So I am by no means recommitting my life to daily blogging, but I hope to make an entry at least every few weeks. So when my kids are "all growed up" we will have this to relive our precious, precious days with our little ones.
